Eyelash extensions are a glamorous way to extend the length and thickness of natural lashes.  They are practical, convenient, and beautiful alternative to the daily use of mascara.  Lash extensions are the first innovation in lash lengthening that can be worn daily without nightly removal.  Because each tapered, synthetic lash is bonded to a single natural lash, the final results are seamless and beautiful.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Give yourself time.

Allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first appointment.

TIP: If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know in advance so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.

Get ready to relax.

Avoid caffeine before your appointment, as it can make it difficult to lie still during the application process.

Arrive with a fresh face.

Remove all eye makeup. Avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Don't curl your lashes. Do not wear mascara to your lash appointment.

TIP: Try not to use waterproof mascara 2-3 days prior to your appointment, since it can leave a residue that can prevent extensions from adhering correctly.

Lose your lenses.

Remove your contact lenses prior to your application.

PLEASE NOTE: For all sets, you must come back with at least 50% of lashes to be considered a fill. Less than 50% of lashes result in a complete set appointment or additional charges.

Please arrive at your appointments with clean, makeup-free lashes.

WHAT TO EXPECT​

There will be a little paperwork before your first appointment. After that, your stylist will escort you to a private room and help guide you in choosing the perfect lashes for you. Then you’ll lay on a comfortable, cushioned massage table, draped under a cozy velour blanket, and your stylist will apply your lash extensions one by one.

AFTERCARE FOR THE FIRST 24 HOURS

For best results, keep your new lashes dry and avoid participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat. Do not use oil-based products of any kind on or near your eyes. You should avoid touching your lashes directly, and we recommend sleeping on your side or back, not face down.

General Aftercare

For best results, be sure to wash your lashes in the morning and evening with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser, or after a workout. This will remove any excess oil on and around your lashes. Brush your lashes daily with your Retractable Lash Styling Wand, and use protective Lash Coating every other day on your lashes when they are completely dry. Avoiding oil-based or waterproof cosmetics and creams on and around your eyes will help with retention, keeping your new look its best, longer.
